如果Timer is not avaliable,有没有dynamic timer或其他的方法bypass

[Solved]实际测试，Timer is avaliable on Impact,Wurst,Sigma,WWE/Inertia,Liquidbounce and Skill
欢迎Timer ban期间退坑者回来建设2b2t.xin !Before 2021.8 ,if Timer nultiplier higher than 1.8,NCP will push you back.
2021.8-2021.9,Timer is banned,beacuse NCP->survivalfly->morepackets is enabled.
After 2021.9,Timer multiplier lower than 3.0 is not banned.
